Slow Food FEAST to Benefit WJFF Being Held June 4th...TICKETS LIMITED!

WJFF's FOODSTOCK was a monster success with over 700 attendees enjoying the local businesses while helping to raise more than $10,000for WJFF. Everyone had a great time, and got to taste some of the finest foods and wines in the entire Hudson Valley/Catskill region. It's clear that WJFF listeners have a passion for good, local food. That fact makes us believe that the Slow Foods FEAST scheduled will be a HUGE SUCCESS. Fair warning...THIS EVENT HAS VERY LIMITED SEATING, so get your tickets ASAP!

On Saturday June 4th at 7pm, WJFF will host its first ever FARM TO TABLEDINNER at The Hills Country Inn in Callicoon Center, NY. This willbe a four-course meal, created by a local chef using ingredients grownand produced right here in our listening area. The farmers and foodproducers have agreed to donate their products, and the chef and herstaff are donating their time for this fundraising dinner. Ticketsare $60 each and will benefit WJFF Radio.

A wonderful resource for getting word out about your events is WJFF, whose has a core mission, helping other community organizations...year round, they put out PSA's (Public Service Announcement) for all the wonderful events in our area. Now, we have the chance to return the favor by sharing a PSA for their BIGGEST FUND RAISER OF THE YEAR, a event that helps to keep them ON THE AIR!

FOODSTOCK, is coming up on Saturday, May 7th, from 11AM to 4PM in the Tennis Building of the Villa Roma Resort in Callicoon, NY. FOODSTOCK is crucial to keeping WJFF on the air for you.

FOODSTOCK will feature over fifty different farmers, producers, restaurants and wineries from all across the region and both sides of the river, each offering a taste of their very best. There will be fresh produce, baked goods of all kinds, homemade jams and preserves, meats and smoked meats and fish, maple products, amazing desserts, sausages, sauces and pestos, fudge and cheeses, and a great array of locally-produced wines. It’s going to be a food lover’s paradise!
